The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the question of adding head coach’s services into Morvaska Slavia Brno athletics club. The anylyses of a current situation in the club is mostly focused on the situation and condictions of a training of children and adults, on results of members of the clubs and also on the economic situation of the club. The results are basis for designing proper connection between head coach and the club and also for proposal of improving financial and organization situaton in the club.

Title: Analysis of the sports preparation of top sprint canoeists for the Olympic Games in Athens 2004 and Tokyo 2021 Objectives: The main goal of the work was to describe and compare the sports training of top sprint canoeists in the four-year Olympic cycle from the Olympic Games in Athens 2004 and Tokyo 2021, based on the analysis of training diaries. Methods: This is a research paper that uses a training diaries and controlled interviews with respondents to collect and analyze data from sprint canoeists. It involved 2 professional canoeists in senior age, their two coaches and a former senior senior professional canoeist. We used quantitative analysis for data collection. Subsequently, we evaluated the results qualitatively. Results: We were able to characterize the four-year Olympic cycle and compare the values from the competitors from the training diaries. Using controlled interviews with respondents, we found out the peculiarities associated with sports training in the Olympic cycle. The research question was answered on the basis of determining the exact differences in the values of training indicators in the monitored OH cycles. A systematic review of the literature on the 800 m running discipline in athletics

Aleš Kaplan Aims: The present paper presents a systematic review of the czech and slovak literature investigating issues associated with training and preparation for 800m run. Having reviewed such issues, this paper also offers an insight into how runners can develop specific endurance for 800m runs. Method: The present paper attempted to gather and analyse all available literature on preparation and training for 800m runs. Furthermore, literary search was conducted to find all information relating to preparation and training for 800m runs. Results: This paper created an overview of all available thesis on the problems associated with training and preparation for 800m. This systematic review included 41 papers which were divided into clearly organised tables. Additionally, a brief overview of factors that influence performance of athletes in 800m runs was created. Finally, a critical evaluation of the papers included in the present work was conducted with the aim to give recommendations for future training practice of 800m based on notions on which profesional publications included in this review agreed. Selection and training of football talents

In my thesis I deal with issues of selection and training of talents in the youth football teams 1.FK Pribram. I play football from early childhood, so I can use my experiences in problematic selection and in training of football talents. Theoretical part I divided into eight chapters. The first chapter describes the history of football. The second chapter describes the history of football in our country. The third chapter deals with the characteristics of the current concept of football. Follows the fourth chapter, where are graphs of football competitions from the ages preparatory to adult men's category. In the fifth chapter is detailed content of the performance of an individual, game, goalie and the coach's personality and his work. Chapter six is devoted mainly characteristics of age periods from preparatory to older pupils. The penultimate chapter contains objectives, content and output of training groups from each age. Final eighth chapter describes talents and the selection of talents. Researching part is created by my own research in selecting and training talents. Monitoring of the sports performance of the best czech hurdler P. Svoboda on 110 metres hurdles

SUMMARY: Title: Monitoring of the sports performance of the best czech hurdler, P.Svoboda, on 110 metres hurdles. Made by: Petra Matějková Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Objectives: The goal of the paper has been an analysis of the sports performance between the years 2002 - 2010 and selected kinematics parameters of the hurdler Petr Svoboda. Methodology: Content analysis of the results of hurdle races between 2002-2010 was used in this work. The best result values and the arithmetic average of the 5 best results each year were compared. I also made the analysis of technical parameters of the hurdle overrun evaluating all the overrunning phases on the basis of watching. Then the measuring of selected kinematics parameters had been made which was later compared with the results of other European hurdlers. Conclusion: The results of the paper show that during the monitored period the sports performance decreased at first but then increased significantly. The analysis of the hurdle overrun style in the years 2009 and 2010 shows a certain improvement between the two years. Football as an extracurricular activity at a grammar school

Title: Football as an extracurricular activity at a grammar school. Objective: This issue has already been written many works. Most of the research that I have studied, however, carried out in primary schools. Therefore, I decided to deal with this issue at grammar schools, because I think that students of grammar schools no longer have that study as much free time for extracurricular activities. The aim of my thesis is to find out how they stand football as an extracurricular activity with regard to other activities for children in this age. Furthermore, how much free time students have grammar schools, and how to handle this free time. Whether their school offers some activities or rings that could children in their spare time to attend. In conclusion, I followed the doctor Tomas Malkus discovered his opinion on stretching and compensation exercises in sports. Methods: Data were collected by the method of quantitative questioning a particular interrogation method using an anonymous questionnaire with open and closed questions and structured interviews with open and closed questions. To the the research sample included respondents are of the grammar school above the table. The attitude of track and field athletes to the recovery in sport

Kristina Volfová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: determining the attitudes of athletes to proper lifestyle and recovery in the sport and comparison of recovery methods in terms of their use. Another objective was the possibility of comparing the obtained results by gender and regional representation by means of a questionnaire survey. Methodology: to meet the aims of this work were used method of questioning when n = 160 track and field athletes of different gender and selected countries around the world completed standard questionnaire on the web portal google. In the evaluation of the results I focused on two major areas - lifestyle athletes and their view on recovery and used recovery methods. Results: work is divided into a theoretical part dealing with the analysis of the basic concepts and contexts topic work, and the practical part. The theoretical part of the paper draws on the available scientific literature related to the topic of work. Next second part is the practical part, where the results of the survey were presented.
